RC1 Framework Library Release Candidate 1

This library should be used as a library when building / developing on the Iniedergeval-Cool team's games (Tictactoe & Othello).

It is possible to start the framework jar as a stand alone application, however functionality to start games is not fully implemented yet, and as such it is rather pointless at this moment.
