Export user settings to file

There are many valid reasons why one would like to export AsmDude custom settings to file.

In my particular case, I spent some 2h to find optimal colors for mnemonics and other identifiers, few days later, somehow it all reverted to default and I had to go over settings again.

Then I asked myself why didn't I save my settings? because there is no such extension option...
