The CD script is very broken. 32bit build only for the moment.

This is a pre-release and will have to be compiled from source.

• Switched to meson instead of CMake

Due to the fact that this is a pre-release, it needs to be compiled from source.

Installation

1. Download the corresponding .exe, x64 if 64-bit, x86 if 32-bit.
2. Place it in C:\Windows\System32\, as cmd.exe
3. Move and Replace
4. Profit
