This aims to improve the look of fair, and polish a few moves. Thank you to C# for sending us your Samus fair animation.

Hitboxes
Jab 1:
Jab 2:
Up Tilt:
The move is really big currently, and relies on manually placed hitboxes instead of interpolation
Back Air:
Currently kills really early, especially on bad-di to the point it feels cheesy. Sourspot ~same kb curve, sweetspot evens out at onstage kill percent (according to desmos)
Forward Air:
This brings up the frame data and changes the KB curve to make it have more combo utility and be more reliable to get people offstage, also kills onstage earlier (stronger after 120 unstaled). Bair still outdoes it in speed/range/kill power so this makes it have a better niche, especially combined with prior up air changes and gravity/air speed/float changes that force you to end the up air chain sooner.
