Maintenance release of the 1.25.x series.

Improvements:

  • Check disk query validation query is SELECT 1 for H2, and SELECT 1 FROM DUAL Oracle.
  • Update Jackson 2 libs from 2.17.1 to 2.17.2
  • Upgraded GeoTools dependencies to 31.4

Fixes:

  • Avoid infinite number of calls to listBlobs when doing prefix removals (e..g, gridset or layer removals)
  • Set disk quota store isolation to serializable
