Base for all FCOO maps-applications.
If the application has time-depend layers include fcoo-maps-time instead (fcoo-maps-time includes fcoo-maps).
The different layers are in separate packages named fcoo-maps-LAYER-NAME
Each layer using fcoo-maps or fcoo-maps-time
