Updated devDependencies: Removed all vulnerabilities by updating the development dependencies.

Followed the instructions in the contributing guide to ensure everything functions as expected.

The progress bar is broken in the latest commit on the master branch, so testing on this component couldn't be completed.
Resolved an issue with the Switch component where the switchChecked class was not applying colors correctly when the changes were introduced.
All other components are functioning as expected.

Added ! in front of each switchChecked color so it's forced to render that color

got npm install to report no vulnerabilities but npm run dev has issues
