0.0.1 Alpha R2

This is the second alpha release of Elara 0.0.1

Changes:

• Now downloads the standard library on the fly
• Small cleanup
• No longer requires an elara.el file in the working directory to run - any file can be passed with elara --file <file> and it will be executed.

Alpha Version 0.0.1

This is the very-not stable release of Elara lang, including binaries for Linux and Windows

Most functionality is implemented but nothing is guaranteed.

match expressions, while statements, and a few other things have not yet been implemented.
