Some resources are listed with Programming With Mosh and in others adding also the instructor name: Moshfegh Hamedani

This attempt to homogenize the format using instructor and platform for courses - Moshfegh Hamedani (Programming With Mosh), and instructor name for the reest of resources.

Why is this valuable (or not)?

Helps to homogenize resources metadata and resolves one backlog task more listed at #5762
