Fix de cas ou sur la page client, dans la liste de contrat, propale, etc, si l'un d'entre eux n'a pas de PDF, il met quand même une preview.
Pour éviter une erreur de preview vers un fichier inexistant, nous ajoutons une vérification que le fichier existe.
