Code to currently read in the the tabulated 15 minute data off the tower. This code takes the data and converts it into a netcdf format to allow for easier visualization and storage. The 15 minute Pascal Stability Index is also calculated for the given data. The environment file is updated to include packages that will be used in the future or are currently being tested on.
