NEW|New column fk_societe_rib in prelevement demande
This PR aims to prepare for a future PR changing the way IBAN work by allowing users to select an IBAN when creating a bank transfer instead of always choosing the default one (see #30810).
The first step is to create a new column for the bank transfers "llx_prelevement_demande". This column is a foreign key to the selected rib in llx_societe_rib.
