ban system based on clientID

Documentation:

For ban player type: eban "player_nick".

For unban the player u need type: unban "player_nick"

For check all ban player use "elist"

All Nick and clientID will write to /plugins/Eban/banlist.json/ (example below)

P.S for ban player u need be OP

Requirements:

You need put banlist.json file in ./plugins/Eban/ (create folder "Eban") to ensure the stable operation of the plugin
