The code in this repo has been verified as working in Linux and Windows environments.
Team is actively testing it in an Openshift environment.
If you are interested in the data extraction code go to the data_extractor folder and if you are interested in the code which translates output of the INCePTION annotation tool to annotation format used in the data extractor go to inception_transformer.
