Updated Output (with combat dice icons) and Deployment

Thanks to a contribution from @HarkonenBade the skill roll output was updated to include the passed difficulty, and the combat roll output was updated with better feedback, including dice emojis.

The bot is now hosted live, and will be kept up to date with the main branch.
