Update for DCS-gRPC 0.2.0 compatibility

SimpleAirDefence is a very simple IADS demonstration program for DCS. It is not intended to be a full-fledged replacement IADS like Skynet etc.

This initial release has been created to go along with the release of DCS-gRPC version 0.2.0.
