Update for DCS-gRPC 0.3.0 compatibility

Jupiter is a GUI for monitoring and interacting with a running DCS mission.

This release is to update to compatibility with the 0.3.0 release of the DCS-gRPC server using the new C# language bindings provided via nuget.

• This release is very alpha and has very little error handling. Expect crashes.
• This release can only connect to a DCS-gRPC server running on localhost and the standard port.
