This is our BMICalculator, originally AvidCoder101's BMICalculator. This is made for beginners, and is part of our Basic-Mini-Apps Collection.

This is a BMI Calculator that is made specifically made for adults, but you can still contribute. If you need help, follow the steps below. Remember, contributions to any of our repos = invitation.

How to contribute:

Prerequisites:

• Git/Git Bash

1. Fork the repository :

Click the Fork button at the top right corner of the screen.

2. Clone the repository :

ON YOUR FORKED REPOSITORY, copy the link by pressing the clipboard and on your local git, copy the link in. If you are unable, use the link below and replace username with your GithHub username :

                                https://github.com/username/BMICalculator.git

3. Make your changes :

To contribute, make your changes. Here are some ideas on what to do:

• Improve the README

• Change some of the styling

• Improve the webpage

• Make a child BMI Calculator

4. Add your changes

Once you have made your changes, change your directory to BMICalculator :

And then add all :

5. Commit and push your changes :

Commit your changes with a message :

And finally, push your changes :

6. Make a pull request :

Go back to your remote Forked version of the repo and click :

After, add a description to your PR and then click Create Pull Request :
