Added styling to give the website a consist look over various devices and screen resolutions. Replaced the messages svg with a png to reduce cluter on the index.html file

I added media queries and a meta tag to adjust styling based on the screen size of the device viewing the website. I also replaced the svg messages icon with a png to remove the long string of characters that the svg adds in the index.html file. This pr is in reference to issue #29 .
