Better implementation of redirect to participate tab if user has not participated in the challenge

Current behaviour

As for current implementation to redirect the user to participate tab if he has not participated in the challenge, it checks for all the possible urls related to a particular tab of a challenge(in this case view all submissions tab) and then redirect to participate tab related to it. Expected behaviour

A better implementation can be it should check the current url and if user has not participated then it should directly redirect to participate tab
