src: updated license files to version v1.0.1 with backported changes

The BSD-0 license introduced a number of internal changes useful
for future license construction especially the common definition
dictionary. Hence, let's update the license files here to version
v1.0.1.

This patch updates all license files to version v1.0.1 with backported
changes in src/ directory.
