This patch releases the v3.0.0 license file with the following changes:

1. Added artifical intelligence training dataset clauses.
2. Added Sensitive Data warranty and liability coverage.
3. Added global vendors (e.g. datacenter) Sensitive Data limitation of
   liability.
4. Added force manjure limitation of liability.

6. Added judiciary minimal damage values limitation of liability.
7. Added geographical indicator coverage.
