Eliminates build errors encountered while attempting to use the files here to compile step 1 of the Chapter 12 Drill in PPP2 on the following linux system:
Kernel: Linux 4.15.0-101-generic (x86_64)
Default C Compiler: GNU C Compiler version 5.5.0 20171010 (Ubuntu 5.5.0-12ubuntu1~16.04)
Distribution: Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS
Desktop Environment: LXDE (Lubuntu)
FLTK: 1.3.5
Attribution: The "static_cast(ff);" change in Graph.cpp was given to me by someone who found it somewhere on the web. I do not know the original source.
