* Config
Copy config.json-template to config.json and edit it to suit your
needs.

* Depends

** d3.js
From http://mbostock.github.com/d3/ page.  Make sure just there is a
d3.min.js in the parent directory.

This as been tested with d3.v2.min.js with some minor testing with
d3.v3.min.js version.

* Browsers
See qa.html for tested browsers.

* REST Server
If you have problems to the default rest service you can try to run
your own.  See the README in the ./rest/ directory.
