Made slight text changes to better specify what each field does in what mode. Also changed parts of the logic, since it actually was broken somewhere (dont question. cant remember)
Changed private only from "Yes" to "Only", "No" to "None" Changed accounts from "Yes" to "Enabled" and "No" to "Disabled" (since it doesnt allow to filter for auth level). Also changed "Accounts:" to "Auth:" to make it shorter (looks better). However, "Accounts:" does still fit in, in case you prefer that :)

Updated the "relative" and "fixed" settings to clear wording
changed the skin selector
added a "default" button that will reset skins settings to default.
