Added command loggin support and concurent command execution

Bug fix time.

Additions

• Now able to decide in what guilds and channels commands will work.
• Now able to set non case sensitive commands.
• Now able to send exceptions raised by commands directly into the channel.

Fixed

• #3 - Fields is now not required for embed to work properly.
