Features of MainGUI
The MainGUI is called Homer3. To run the Homer3 GUI, type Homer3 in the Matlab command window, navigate to a folder that contains fNIRS data files, and select to open it.
Homer3 GUI mainly contains three menus (File, Tools and View) and seven windows as follows:
(1) Data Plot Window: display the data of the current element.
(2) Probe Geometry Window: display the geometry of probes.
(3) Processing Window: select current processing element (run, subject or group).
(4) Calculating Window: modify and running processing stream options.
(5) Plot Type Select Window: select what data type to display.
(6) Motion Artifacts Window: motion artifacts/correction options and controls.
(7) Plot Window: select which part of the data plot window to view.
