Hi there! 👋 I am Samarth Deyagond

I am a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing production ready software in Golang & Python. I am passionate about building robust distributed systems, scalable cloud platforms, Kubernetes CRDs & Operators, meaningful cloud native applications, applications with Microservice architecture. Also, I am an enthusiastic advocate of Open Source Software!

Currently I am associated with the Beyond Labs team in the Office of the CTO @ Juniper Networks. In this team, we pioneer the next innovations breakthroughs!

⚡ Work Experience

    • Contributed to AKS Edge with K8s Operators to offer fully managed, CAPI based, Arc connected K8s on private cloud.
    • Designed and led the Target Cluster Backup & Restore feature for AKS Edge.

  • SAP Labs

  • Hewlett Packard Enterprise

    • Developed APIs and SDKs for HPE Composable Fabric, a Software Defined Networking Stack.
    • Developed end to end private cloud solutions of VMware Cloud Foundation on HPE Synergy.

  • Gita.IO - API adhering to the OpenAPI v3.0 serving the Bhagavad gita verses.
  • Prism - Software for campus recruitment drive and lateral hiring developed with Python Flask, HTML, CSS, JS and MongoDB.
  • GitHub Action for Go Vendor - GitHub Actions to vendor in new releases of dependent Go packages automatically.
  • Chrome Extension Development - Browser extensions to change the background of the window.
  • ipynb-to-py converter - A tool to convert the jupyter notebooks into python files.
