Fixed a few bugs:

• Total maximum saveloc count is now reset on map change
• Player now cannot teleport to loc below 1

Also added some new features:

• /teleport is now an alias for /tele
• /tele with no arguments takes the player to their most recent teleport destination
• /prev and /next increment and decrement the player's loc number
• There is less chat message spam created by the plugin

These should make it behave exactly like KSF.
