Adds a table of contents to your pages based on h3 and h4 tags. Useful for documention-centric sites.

Installation

1. Upload "/table-of-contents/" to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.
