By letting agents update their isolation strategy to maximise an expected payoff in a Prisoner's dilemma like manner we embedded temporal correlations between agent behaviour, and agents availability to infection. Furthermore a restriction factor is introduced in the decision making to model factors external to the agent affecting mobility. We first confirm the validity of the model by replicating the dynamics of a standard SIR model with remission; next, we show that the same architecture is capable of representing the more complex behaviours of independent agents and their impact on an infection spread for a finite population.
