The f90nml used in the conda environments are obtained from coecms conda channel:

- coecms::f90nml

This should be moved at some point to the access-nri conda channel.

The latest version of f90nml is actually on conda-forge channel: https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/f90nml and is compatible with python version 3.10, so that should be used instead of coecms:f90nml
