Record mono chains as mono tracks.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The audio recorder always records stereo tracks. This is either the main mix bus or individual chains when multitrack recording is enabled. It would be advantageous to be able to record mono tracks. This could save disk space and may be the required format for post processing, e.g. import to DAW.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to switch each chain to mono record. This could be another option in the audio output menu, e.g.

• Mono record
• Stereo record

Or we could use the chain's mono setting to automatically record in mono. This would only work if set before the recording commences and it may be prohibitive, e.g. the use may want a stereo tracks with a mono on both channels.
