Score Board: Update Colors for Better Clarity or Allow Customization

Problem:
The current color scheme (various shades of blue) for the "Score Board" can be confusing and does not clearly indicate different states.
It is difficult to distinguish between Pay Attention, Good, and Optimal categories.

Suggested Solution:
Update the color scheme to use universally recognized states:

Red: Pay Attention
Yellow: Good
Green: Optimal
Alternatively, provide users with an option to set custom colors for each state via a settings menu or configuration.
