Current Behavior

when trying to deploy the code on dev, data_manager = get_data_manager(CacheBase("sqlite"), VectorBase("faiss", dimension=onnx.dimension))

above statement is giving error

sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file
sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file

in dev we are trying to deploy on ecs container
