I wonder how these bmp files are created .
Here I only got the LIDC dicom files.

The bmp file was generated by myself. The source file from LIDC website is all dicom format. You can use the python model Pydicom or SimpleITK to analyze the dicom from which you could get the exact pixel information, and then generate your own bmp or jpeg data as your want.
