Add a badge to the README page for the version on AutomationHub.

This has been attempted earlier and is still in the README page in a disabled form. It turned out not to work for now, and is expected to work at some point in the future. For details, see the discussion at ansible-collections/overview#202

An earlier issue for this was #513.

This issue is to re-enable the badge once it becomes possible to have it.

As of today, it still returns missing authentication when not logged in: https://console.redhat.com/api/automation-hub/v3/collections/ibm/ibm_zhmc/
