下载后解压到windows的目录里

然后 https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/windows/wsl/wsl-config 看这里

再家目录下新建编辑这个文件
.wslconfig
编辑 kernel字段

[wsl2]
kernel=C:\\you path\\vmlinux
