Can I please provide installation instructions, I would like to add the Russian language, do I need a separate program to download to read these files? How do I add to my browser?

What do you mean? The Russian translation is in the browser. The translation may be not 100% correct, by we are working on it. Do you need help selecting it?

I click download languages for offline translation, there is no Russian in the list.

Вот, где тут русский язык? Нету. Я ещё и языковой пакет скачал в расширениях мозилы, всё равно нет
