Connection or Firewall Zello windows app

I tried to understand how to have it working, but cant understand exactly whats going on

so what i understand is that the windows app is expecting to receive a network name from the premium Zello services
is that so?

if that's the reason, where can i find a normal client to use Zello on windows like we just do on Phones?
i just really want to join my friends
