(Bug report) Holding down up/down arrow, or page up/down, does not scroll

Description

holding down arrow should move the cursor down continually, instead when it hits the bottom of the screen it just freezes until you release the key. Then it suddenly jumps down.

One workaround for this (proably not what you're looking for) is to make the note read-only using the #readOnly attribute. Once made readOnly, then it works as expected.
