运行命令npm run R_DEV 报错

@zouyujie 先检查一下node（6.10.1以上） npm（3.10.10以上）版本
如果版本没有问题 确认一下你的npm 包有没有安装完（特别检查一下webpack-dev-server包）

我重新安装了npm包，但是发现新的问题，那就是每次编译到这个地方就不动了，不知道什么原因？

@yujinjin 是的，没报错了，但是一直停留在那个地方不动

@zouyujie 最后怎么解决的啊，我也遇到这个问题了。

@cfhy 确认一下webpack的版本，如果确认不了先npm install一遍。

@yujinjin webpack 版本是3.5.5，才发现直接运行是可以出来界面的
