Option to remove "Delete current Context Cookies" #150

I misclicked on Delete current Context Cookies and it cleared all my cookies. I will probably missclick again in future.

Could you add option to remove this option in the addon settings section?

I use this extensively so I don't want to see it gone. However, as a compromise, maybe add confirmation.

Me neither. I just want the option to hide this item from dropdown in the addon settings. So it will be available by default for you and everyone. But people like me also can disable it.
