Describe the bug

I had added the in app notification feature. stated by this issue #19 (comment)

but there are some issues with it.
the Bell notification icon goes out after re-rendering the UI

Steps to reproduce

Open the extension ( on opening it, it shows the notification)
Click on another Tab ( and the notification goes out.
