tv端直播默认画质有bug，要切一次高清再回原画才行 #1014

发现很多游戏直播间原画是60帧的都有这个问题，进去虽然显示是原画选项但应该是高清了，手动切一次高清切回来就有60帧了，可以确认不是电视解码性能问题。

我的也是这样只能高清切换回去也不行但是有的直播间就没问题不知道为啥
