现在默认打开软件就是推荐栏的哔哩哔哩，希望能增加设置，可以选择其他平台比如“斗鱼”，进一步希望能自定义其他栏目比如“关注”“历史”，就像simple-live的自定义启动页一样

主要是因为启动直接进直播推荐页容易卡，能改成进入一些动态加载内容较少的页面会好一些，而且一般进来都是直奔“关注”页，很少看推荐部分
