API to automate publishing and updating Microsoft Edge Add-ons

We listened to your feedback, and we are happy to announce that we are bringing REST API to help you automate the process of updating and publishing Microsoft Edge Add-ons. We want your feedback on the proposed API, so that we have time to address any feedback in the early stages of development.
