Cannot scroll when Line Chart is touched in IOS, need to respond to gesture when pressed for some time. #993

Expected Behavior

Want the scroll to continue even when I touch the chart. Also if possible, want the chart to respond to the gesture after pressing it for sometime.

Actual Behavior

The scroll is stoped when the finger touches the chart
