Add configuration to use parent schema when child user is used

Current Limitation

During the existence[1] check operation using Oracle Database while child users are creating synonyms, the result will be false because the schema owner is considered the parent.

Suggested Improvement

Add the configuration to the datasource configuration to set the parent schema.
