Being able to automate the (paid) messages via normal WhatsApp business number shall help in avoiding use of Business API which will be helpful for customer

Describe alternatives you've considered
Customers are using Business API numbers but that has its own challenges. We intend to give this as an alternative. Many times they do not worry much about costs, but want messages sent with buttons.

Additional context
We will ask customers to top up their WhatsApp business account, which meta allows to do now. The only challenge is that it needs to be done manually. By enabling auto sending, they can use our CRM / Software to send such messages.
